Directive communication TTT pgm Lonavala - wed 11th nov 2010

It has now slowly sunk into all of us , who are training with Arthur Carmazzi that the world is inhabited by people having different colored brains and so everybody reacts in accordance with the way their brains allow them to . There being 4 types of colored brains -we have the Blue Brains , Red Brains ,Green Brains and the Purple Brains bumping into each other in homes , offices ,cinema halls ,malls exhibiting their traits the best they can but the world doesnt know that they are all different from each other in the way they all perceive things around them . But we are learning all this and more .we can now identify these 4 types of people by methods that have been beautifully demonstrated through games , anecdotes , videos and experiental simulations .
we are now in a position to understand the various human reactions - the arrogance , the egos , the jealousies ,the short tempers  - why some people are more creative or more enthusiastic , or more analytical or more adept at multitasking than others . JUST BLAME THE BRAINS !
And so we are preparing and gearing up to bring about a change in interpersonal relationships - in all types of institutions -schools , colleges , public and private orgs ,hospitals - anywhere where interhuman contact exists .
We have learnt that there will be several types of scenarios -eg a Blue Brain boss trying to get work done by Green brains ,Red brains and all the while trying to BLUE all the others .This sets up reactions which could bring about negativity and affect the overall productivity in the orgs. He has to be told about his brain color and that of others so that he gets work out of them in a manner that they are comfortable with . Only then we will have an org that works harmoniously .
Just imagine how effective the world would be if all brains could identify other brains and tune up to sing the song of happiness and success . Its difficult but highly possible . As we undergo the CBCI and productivity enhancement pgm here at Lonavala , we are inching towards this.
The subject of Brain Racism and how to resolve it  , the color specific feedback module ,the colored company game and the emulation exercise of different colors were the STAND OUTS of the day .
Another fruitful day gone and we await what lies ahead to excite us further .

Trg on Directive Communication 2010 begins at Lonavala

I consider myself very lucky to be a trainee at Lonavala , attending the Directive Communication workshop  that  has taken off on Monday , the 8th of Nov 2010 . It has been a  privilege to hear the great Arthur Carmazzi , in person.
We had a busy inaugural day at The Orchard Resort .The birth of Directive Communication and its historical journey was the story that set the ball rolling at the 10 day workshop. We went on to discuss areas like Mapping Implementation , insanities , Focus and the RAS , ideal working environment ,Process and Objectives ,The BLAME GAME ,Time management in relation to focus , Encoded assumptions and Rules Of engagement  , Brain Models , Circle Of Tolerance . the mental health line and several aspects of psychology .
We had good interactive sessions , Role Plays , critical analyses for further improvement , team games , outdoor activities .
We were introduced to characters like Rama the saviour ,Jack the villain and Mary the observer and quite
remarkable development tools . Great emphasis was laid on participation of each and every trainee to make them familiar with the new methodoligies that will be followed and already many of us seem to have acclimatised well .There was an air of enthusiasm and we could pick up great tips to improve our personal effectiveness .Looks like we are entering into the yet unchartered waters of a vast ocean of knowledge at a workshop , the likes of which , India is still to see .Thanks Arthur for doing it for us .
